Rima Kohli is an experienced international development expert with several years of experience in Afghanistan.In Kabul,she worked as a Gender Consultant to USAID-DAI, and as a monitoring and evaluation manager for the National Democratic Institute (NDI). She previously worked as a Special Assistant to the Commissioner, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, City of New York, as Program Manager, for Management Systems International in Washington DC, and as Regional Manager, South Asia, for Habitat for Humanity International. She was Country Representative in Rwanda for VNG International. In 2019, she founded Organic Quotient, to promote local, sustainable food choices, the only NGO in India fighting pediatric cancer with nutrition. She obtained her Bachelors in Economics at St Xavier College in India; her MA in Economics, Health and Public Policy at The John Hopkins University – Paul H Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is a co-founder and trustee of Future Brilliance Afghanistan Organisation. She is currently living and working in Sao Paolo, where she is providing support to the Afghans in our care seeking resettlement in Brazil.
